Domestic Assault (Trial)
This is an example of a domestic assault. My client was charged with assaulting his wife on several occassions, culminating in him forcing her to have sex with him before she reported the matter to the police. Additionally, he was charged with writing a series of harassing e-mails to her. At the end of day, after I cross examined the complainant, the trial judge acquitted my client of rape and several of the other offences
